Every project is different. That’s what makes it custom. A typical engagement starts with a consultation, material selection at our Design Center, and a detailed proposal. The construction scope can include any combination of paver surfaces, decorative walls, retaining walls, fire pits, decorative rock placement, borders, and custom accents. We handle the full scope from start to finished, sealed surface.
Yes. Fire pits are one of our most requested custom elements. We build them to integrate naturally with the surrounding patio, same materials, same craftsmanship, designed as a focal point of the space rather than an afterthought.
Yes. Retaining walls are a specialty for yards with grade changes, sloped areas, or erosion concerns. We design them structurally and aesthetically, turning a challenging yard condition into an attractive, usable terraced space. All retaining wall work is engineered with proper base, drainage, and wall batter to handle Florida’s soil and rainfall conditions.
Timeline depends on the scope and material availability. After consultation and deposit, if materials are in stock we can typically schedule within one week. Once materials are delivered and work begins, most custom patio projects are completed within one to two weeks. Larger or more complex projects with multiple elements may take longer. We give you a clear timeline during the proposal stage.
Yes. Our 5,000 SF Design Center in Sarasota lets you review materials, patterns, wall finishes, and accent options in person. We can also come to your property first to assess the space and discuss possibilities before you visit the Center.
Absolutely. Many of our custom patio projects connect or expand an existing pool deck, surround an outdoor kitchen, or tie together multiple outdoor living zones. We assess the existing surfaces and design the new elements to complement what’s already there in material, pattern, and finish.
